AMR31004   Industrial project with project management   (40 credits)

Description

This module provides the opportunity for students to design and undertake a structured and in-depth investigation of an authentic engineering problem. It will reinforce individual work-based knowledge and application of interdisciplinary technical and professional skills learnt throughout the programme. The module will include a strong project management theme, helping the students develop an understanding of the core components of a project life cycle (PLC), planning, risk and resource allocation will be expected to take place alongside the research elements of the project.
